For years, I learned success from billionaires—leading €80M+ companies, managing hundreds of employees. I mastered the masculine way: 24/7 availability, always in control, always performing.
Until I burned out.
The breaking point: My mum’s cancer worsened. I was at the hospital watching her fade while forcing myself to meet deadlines and keep the pace.
